My first passion was nature. Next came tinkering at large. Tinkering naturally included building things that were supposed to float, and carry me to my next adventure in lands far and beyond. Usually the most exciting part of these back then prevailing virgin voyages was swimming back to the shore. But the times I reached the shore less than soaking wet led to a lifelong love for boating.
The period spent with the next emerging passion (computers) was brutally, and almost fatally interrupted by accidentally turning into an adult. Which was horribly unfair, since I strongly felt my age of exploration was left profoundly lacking. Luckily the adulthood turned out to be merely a temporary distraction...
Some of the experiences have left me with grey hair, and the years seem to result in losing it - but I still love tinkering, just on a wider scale than before!
